Korean BBQ restaurant only served beef, pork and chicken and you can never find their menu have lamb or animal organs like chicken gizzard, chicken skin and chicken hearts, etc. Even they served seafood, they also have only calamari and shrimp. Unlike Chinese BBQ which offer variety of animal organs.
On the menu, they only writes “marinated chicken” or “marinated beef” but they didn’t explain what kind of marinated or flavor of the meat which make people who first time dinning at a Korean restaurant have a lot of confusions on ordering. In Korea restaurant, most of their marinated meat, no matter, chicken, pork or beef, are tasting sweet and complex flavors because they love marinating meat with teriyaki sauce, pepper, garlic, and brown sugar, etc.
