Korean BBQ restaurants provides different sauces for certain meat like sesame oil, brisket sauces, green tea salt and white grilled salt. Most of the sauces were made by stir soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, rice wine vinegar, and black pepper together.

The fundamental spices for Korean BBQ are sesame oil, sweet soy sauces, garlic, sea salt and spicy hot sauces. Sea salt can enhance the taste of seafood; sweet soy sauces and sesame oil are going perfect with the red meat. Garlic can be added to the lettuce wrap to eat along the the meats and rice.
